Prashanth Goutham R is a seasoned technology professional with a diverse background in operations management and customer support across multiple leading companies. Currently serving as a Senior Director at AppViewX since January 2020, Prashanth oversees TAC Operations and SaaS, previously managing operations for Barclays' 24x7 Managed Security and Automation Service.
