Akhil K Kaniyambrakandiyil is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems engineering and network management. Currently serving as an Escalation Lead and Senior Solutions Engineer at AppViewX since April 2021, Akhil previously worked as a System Engineer at Fireluxur Developers Pvt Ltd from January 2018 to April 2021, focusing on server uptime, incident management, and database management. Prior to that, Akhil held the position of GPON Network Engineer at United Telecoms Limited, India, where responsibilities included installation and testing of network devices, incident management, and software testing. Akhil holds a degree from Calicut University, completed between 2009 and 2013.
