Monika Jagan is currently the Lead - Customer Operations at Apptio, an IBM Company. Prior to this role, Monika worked as an Analyst at BT eServe India Private Limited and as a Project Engineer at Wipro. Monika holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. Monika also completed their HSC from Carmel Convent School Bhopal and SSC in PCM from Delhi Public School Navi Mumbai.
