Customer Success Manager- Enterprise at Apptentive

Kira Castle began their career in 2015 as a Candidate Attorney (Qualified Lawyer- South Africa) at Baker McKenzie. During their time there, they gained experience in Litigation, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Banking & Finance. Kira also developed skills such as strategic drafting, client service, communication, people skills, time-management, problem-solving, and negotiation. In 2017, they moved back to their hometown of Cape Town and took up a position at Primi World (Pty) Ltd as an Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator. Here, they were able to use their business and law studies to work in a more business-oriented environment. In 2019, they became Self Employed and established an online coaching practice, helping women who struggle with their relationship to food and their weight. Kira also worked as an Online English Teacher- TEFL accredited at DaDa. In 2020, they began working at Apptentive as a Sales Development Representative and was later promoted to Customer Success Manager- Mid Market. In this role, they managed close to 100 accounts, was responsible for onboarding customers, and worked with various departments to ensure customers' success. Kira also presented strategic planning sessions, in depth training, and executive business reviews. Kira met or exceeded KPIs/ quota every quarter and took initiative in re-creating their KPIs.

Kira Castle has a diverse educational background. Kira obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from the University of Cape Town, followed by a Bachelor of Laws - LLB Postgrad in Law from the same university. In 2018-2019, they completed a TQUK Level 5 Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (RQF) from the International TEFL Academy and a Level 4 Diploma in Coaching (Health Coach Practitioner) from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Kira also attended Cams Bay High School. In addition, they hold a Success Habits certification from LinkedIn, obtained in February 2020.
