David Thulke has extensive experience in the field of language technology and pattern recognition, currently serving as a Research Assistant at RWTH Aachen University since February 2017, focusing on the Human Language Technology and Pattern Recognition Group. Additionally, David holds the position of Language Processing Scientist at AppTek since December 2019. Previous roles include Student Research Assistant positions in both the Information Systems Group and the Human Language Technology Group at RWTH Aachen University, where research was conducted on semi-supervised learning for Automatic Speech Recognition. David's career began at arvatis media GmbH as a Mobile Application Developer from May 2013 to January 2017, specializing in the development of iOS and Android applications. David is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Informatik at RWTH Aachen University, with an expected graduation in 2024.
