William H. currently serves as Senior Manager, Partner Operations at AppSumo since March 2022, following a role as Launch Operations Manager. Previously, William was the Director of Operations at GigFinesse, where William played a key role in designing and implementing go-to-market strategies for a startup in response to post-COVID-19 challenges. Additional experience includes community volunteer work focused on sustainable agriculture at Elawa Farm Foundation, and roles such as Risk Solutions Intern at Aon and Marketing Strategy Intern at BMW Brilliance Automotive. William's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies and Chinese Language from NYU Stern School of Business and New York University, respectively, supplemented by high school education at Deerfield Academy and a brief study at Beijing Normal University.
