Ilona has extensive experience leading creative teams, overseeing major sales events, and implementing scalable processes. Ilona has also co-founded Inbox Heroes, LLC, where Ilona focuses on developing marketing strategies for e-commerce brands. In the past, Ilona worked as a Marketing Manager at Red Ventures and as a Digital Analyst and Staff Writer at The Simple Dollar. Ilona graduated from Skidmore College in 2014.
