Etti Gazit has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various roles and responsibilities. Etti has most recently worked at AppsFlyer as an Operations Team Lead, where they have demonstrated their ability to support global units and build cross-unit HR processes. Prior to that, they served as an HR Growth Partner at the same company, supporting the C-Levels and leadership team with people analytics and HR processes. Before joining AppsFlyer, Etti was the Head of HR at Webselenese and the HR Manager at uMake, where they focused on employee development and the entire employee lifecycle. Etti also gained valuable experience at Autodesk as an HR Manager, specializing in employee administration and support. Etti's earlier career includes roles at RAD Data Communications and the Ministry of Defense.

Etti Gazit obtained a Bachelor's degree in Middle East Studies and Arabic from Bar-Ilan University between 1998 and 2000. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Executive Presence: Tips for Women" from LinkedIn in 2021 and "How to Train Your Brain For Happiness" from LinkedIn in 2020.
