Michael Abey is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in engineering and architecture. As the Director of Engineering at Appsfactory since February 2023, Michael oversees engineering operations. Previously, Michael served as the Deputy Head of Department for DevOps & CloudNative at MaibornWolff GmbH from October 2013 to February 2023, where responsibilities included being a Principal IT Architect and managing significant migration projects in architecture and cloud services. Michael's earlier roles included Senior IT Consultant at b.telligent, focusing on business intelligence and software engineering, and Lead Developer at CADENAS GmbH, where Michael managed software development and technical projects. Michael holds a Diplom Informatiker degree in Computer Science from Hochschule Augsburg, earned between 2002 and 2007.
