Dana Davis, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people operations, human resources management, and student services. Currently serving as Regional People Operations Manager for Appriss Retail since September 2022, Dana manages HR operations and full-cycle recruitment while promoting innovative practices and employee engagement. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist at HENSEL PHELPS and Human Resources Recruiter at Omni Financial, where Dana developed policies and facilitated employee relations. Earlier professional experience includes advising graduate students at the Higher Education division of John Wiley and Sons and teaching third grade at Seminole Science Charter School.
