Carrie Allison has extensive experience in technical and application support within the retail sector. Currently serving as a Support Engineer at Appriss Retail since July 2019, Carrie is responsible for addressing application and technical support requests, diagnosing hardware and software issues, and providing both reactive and proactive support to business units. Prior to this role, Carrie held positions as an Application Support Specialist and within Client Services at Verisk Financial from July 2012 to July 2019. Carrie also worked as an LP Analyst and in Client Services at Aspect Loss Prevention LLC from August 2004 to July 2012, and began a career in retail at Target Stores where roles included APTL and Market Investigator from February 1984 to February 2004.
