Nidhal Safta has extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as Responsable Recrutement at Apprentus since March 2019 and holding a concurrent position as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Maghreb 24 Television Inc., also since March 2014. Previous roles include a position as Conseiller Commercial at Tunisiana from August 2013 to March 2014 and multiple tenures in human resources at Maghreb 24 Television Inc. Nidhal Safta holds two law degrees, a Licence Fondamentale in Droit Prive from ULT and a Licence de Droit from Université libre de Tunis, both completed between 2007 and 2010.
