Harry Leech is an experienced professional in strategy and program development, currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Program Development at Apprenticeships for America since May 2024. Prior to this role, Harry was the Head of Skills and the Head of Further Education and Adult Skills at HM Treasury from December 2019 to January 2024. Harry also held various positions at the Department for Education from November 2016 to December 2019, including Senior Strategic Delivery Adviser, Delivery Adviser, and Policy Officer. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in European History and Politics from Yale University (2014 - 2016) and a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Warwick (2010 - 2013), complemented by high school education from Marlborough College (2003 - 2008).
