Roman Rubinchik, MAI, AI-GRS is currently working as a CRE Review Appraiser at BankUnited, N.A. and also holds teaching positions at the University of Maryland, NYU SPS Schack Institute of Real Estate, Fordham Real Estate Institute, and is an approved instructor at the Appraisal Institute. Prior to their current roles, Roman has held positions at various companies such as New York Community Bank (NYCB), BBG Inc., BankUnited, and Santander Bank, N.A. Roman holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics from Touro University Worldwide.
