Vera Natasha Hinojosa currently serves as Vice President of Engineering Operations and Technical Project Management at Applied Systems, starting in February 2024. Previously, Vera held key roles at Indeed.com, including Chief of Staff to the CEO, where responsibilities included executing strategic initiatives and optimizing the CEO's productivity, and Austin Site Director for Product, Technology, and Engineering. Vera's experience also encompasses leadership positions at Netspend, where Vera managed enterprise initiatives and transformation, and at Dell, focusing on corporate finance and project leadership. Vera began a career at HP in order management and financial systems, with an early role as a sales representative at Dell. Vera earned a Master of Arts in Human Dimensions of Organizations and holds a BBA in Finance and MIS from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside certification as a Co-Active Coach.
