Nicholas van Cleve is a skilled support technician with extensive experience in IT and technical services. Currently serving as a Support Technician for EpicCloud at Applied Systems since May 2023, Nicholas previously held the position of Desktop Support Technician Level 2 at The AME Group from March 2018 to March 2023. Earlier in career, Nicholas worked as a PC Repair and Consumer Electronics Technician at Regency Technologies, where responsibilities included hardware troubleshooting and repairs. Additionally, Nicholas gained valuable experience as a Technical Services Librarian at Glenwood Public Library from 2007 to 2013, focusing on the assessment and cataloging of materials.
