Kendrick Taylor is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering and real estate management. As the Owner/Manager of Woodside Rentals, LLC since November 2007, Kendrick oversees a real estate rental business specializing in leasing residential property in Holladay, Utah. Concurrently, Kendrick has been an Engineer at Applied Signal Technology since May 2006, focusing on system engineering, integration, and FPGA development. Earlier experience includes a role as an Engineering Intern at Intel Corporation, where project leadership was demonstrated in prototype development, and a position as a BioPhotonic Scanner Development Engineer at Pharmanex, tackling device development and validation. Kendrick also contributed as a Research Assistant at Brigham Young University, innovating in photodiode amplifier circuit design. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
