Ian Plitt is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in security engineering and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior Security Engineer at ARA since December 2021, Ian previously worked at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory from February 2015 to December 2021 as a System Administrator and Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE). Prior to that, Ian held the positions of Associate Network Engineer and Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) at Orbis Technologies, Inc. from June 2012 to February 2015, along with an internship role as an ISSO and Information Technology Intern. Ian Plitt holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
