Ali Zokaei Ashtiani, PhD., PE is a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer at ARA, specializing in airport pavement since May 2016. Prior to ARA, Ali worked as a Civil Engineer at Amec Foster Wheeler from June 2014 to May 2016 and as a Research Assistant at CTIS between January 2010 and May 2014. Early career experience includes a role as a Research Engineer at Sharif University of Technology from October 2004 to September 2006. Ali Zokaei Ashtiani holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pavement Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso, obtained from 2010 to 2014, a Master of Science (MSc) in Structural Engineering from K.N. Toosi University of Technology from 2006 to 2008, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, completed in 2003.
