Luis Sibaja, P.E. is an experienced Pavement Engineer at Applied Pavement Technology, Inc., with a tenure beginning in August 2016, where progression through multiple engineering associate roles has occurred. Prior to this, Luis completed a Transportation Internship with Carson City Public Works in mid-2016 and served as a Research Assistant at the University of Nevada Reno from August 2014 to May 2016. Luis also gained valuable experience through an internship at LanammeUCR in late 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno (2014-2016) and a Licentiate degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica (2007-2014).
