Tina M. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in firmware and RF circuit design, currently serving as a Senior R&D Engineer at Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. since September 2015. Tina has a strong background in optical transceiver development for FTTH and Datacenter markets, along with system verification using SDN technologies. Previously, Tina worked at Texas Instruments as a Design Engineer specializing in IC physical design and design verification, and held positions as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Houston, Senior Design Engineer at Broadcom Inc., and Senior Design Engineer at Conexant, focusing on FPGA and silicon validation. Tina holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Signal Processing from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the College of Engineering Trivandrum.
