Vikas Dabeer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as Sr. Director of India Site Operations at Applied Materials since November 2009, focusing on new market development in energy and smart technologies. Previously, Vikas held the position of Director Global Product Management at Applied Materials, overseeing product management through the entire product lifecycle for high-efficiency solar cells. Vikas also contributed as a board member at GetMyMachine from 2016 to 2018 and was part of the executive management team at Advent Solar, driving quality and program management. With prior roles at Texas Instruments and Seagate Technology, Vikas possesses a strong background in quality assurance and process engineering, complemented by managerial experience at Wipro Infotech and Philips. Vikas holds an MBA in Project Management from the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, a DBM from Garware Institute of Management Sciences, and a degree in Electronics Engineering from Karnatak University.
