Dan Handalian has over 30 years of experience in the technology and human capital management industries. Dan began their career in 1990 as a Technical Support Representative at Broderbund Software, Banner Blue Division. Dan then moved on to Cogito Learning Media in 1997 as a Producer and Project Manager, where they managed new software product releases with budgets of $1M. In 1999, Dan joined The Predictive Index as a Consultant and became a Senior Consultant in 2003. From 2009 to 2021, Dan ran their own company, Dan Handalian, Inc., where they drove corporate results through more efficient utilization of human capital and technology. In 2011, they joined Year Up as Senior Director of Leadership Development, and eventually became Senior Director of Organizational Development and Senior Director of Leadership and Team Coaching. Finally, in 2021, Dan started working as a Software Developer at Applied Invention. Throughout their career, Dan has personally coached executives, written a worldwide leadership column, developed new consultants, and facilitated over 500 leadership workshops, sales seminars, strategic off-sites, and team-buildings in 10 different countries.

Dan Handalian received a BA in Psychology from Oberlin College and a Certified Integral Coach from New Ventures West in 2015. Dan has also obtained additional certifications, including a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation in September 2015, Benchmarks Suite of Products (includes 360 by Design and Executive Dimensions) from the Center for Creative Leadership in June 2012, and Predictive Index from PI Worldwide in March 1994.
