Nikolas Garza has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an Engineering staff at Applied Intuition since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Emergency Medical Technician at Royal Ambulance from August 2021 to November 2022, where they gained over 1600 hours of experience providing emergency medical care and transportation to patients. Before joining Royal Ambulance, Nikolas worked at Escalon Community Ambulance as an Emergency Medical Technician from June 2020 to July 2021.

In addition to their medical experience, Nikolas also has experience in the beverage industry, working as a Brewing Assistant at Dying Breed Brewing from April 2020 to December 2020. Nikolas also worked as a Warehouse Manager at Peachy Canyon Winery from April 2019 to February 2020.

Prior to their work in the medical and beverage industries, Nikolas worked as a Quality and Regulatory Analyst at LALA U.S., Inc from August 2017 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for standardizing documentation processes, analyzing product quality data, developing hazard analysis documentation, and supervising the performance of a consumer care specialist.

Nikolas Garza attended the University of California, Davis from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Viticulture and Enology. In 2021, they enrolled at App Academy to study Computer Software Engineering, completing their studies in 2022. Additionally, Garza obtained certifications in PCQI Preventive Controls for Human Food FSPCA from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) in June 2017, in Emergency Medical Technician Basic from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians in June 2022, and in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association in February 2022.
