Joanie Thomas, CPC, ELI-MP, has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as Sales Manager and previously as Account Manager at Applied Innovation from 2013 to the present. Joanie has a strong track record of connecting individuals and organizations with essential resources to achieve their objectives. Prior to this role, Joanie worked at Hansen Collision from 2000 to 2013. Joanie holds a degree in Business Administration & Management from Grand Rapids Community College.
