Shoshannah Burnett has work experience in both Lockheed Martin and Applied Development LLC. At Lockheed Martin, they started as a Systems Engineer and worked in that role from 1999 to 2010. Shoshannah then moved to the position of Deputy Program Manager - Industrialization in 2019, where they led communication and modeling of TUHP Buyback reporting, automated buyback reporting for Sikorsky and PZL, and developed plans and strategies for future program periods. At Applied Development LLC, they worked as a Project Coordinator from 2014 onwards.

Shoshannah Burnett attended Morgan State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Additionally, they pursued further education at The Johns Hopkins University, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Technical Management, specializing in Project Management.
