Currently serving as Chief Inspector for Applied Consultants, Colby oversees maintenance and construction activities while managing project schedules and ensuring regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Utility Inspector and Welding Inspector at Audie Price Inspection, where Colby was responsible for the construction and inspection of pipelines and well connections, as well as the procurement of materials and documentation of compliance with federal and state regulations.
