Anders Törnqvist has extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Anders is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Landshypotek Bank. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2023, they worked at BlueStep Bank as the System Development Manager. During this time, they built and managed software development teams, overseeing the development of a new micro service-based architecture.

From 2015 to 2017, Anders worked at Kentor as a Project Manager, where they were involved in managing software development projects for Nasdaq OMX and Borsa Istanbul. Before that, they worked at Orc Group from 2013 to 2015 as the Manager of Trading Client, responsible for a team of 15 developers and test engineers. At Orc Group, they dealt with the challenges of improving and modernizing a complex trading client.

Anders also has experience working as a Consultant at Frontit in 2012, as the Head of Research & Development at Basset from 2006 to 2012, and as a Software Developer at Siemens in 2005. Anders started their career as a Consultant at Ã…F AB from 2000 to 2005, and prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at Acoustic Control AB and as a Software Developer at Uptron AB.

Anders Törnqvist attended the KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1999, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Vehicle Engineering and Acoustics. Apart from their formal education, they have also obtained a certification as a Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance, although the exact date of its acquisition is unknown.
