Growth Operations Manager at Applico

Will B is the current Growth Operations Manager at Applico. Prior to this, Will served as the Group President and Head of Global Marketing for Amdocs from January 2013 to December 2016. In this role, Will was responsible for growing Amdocs' global market leadership position in software and services for service providers in the communications, media and entertainment industry. Will successfully repositioned the company as a leader in Digital Transformation for Telecoms. Will was honored to be recognized as one of top 50 CMOs in 2016 in Telecoms by GTB and The 100 most influential B2B tech marketers in North America by Hot Topics.

Before joining Amdocs, Will served as Leader of US Marketing for Avaya from January 2010 to December 2012. In this role, they drove marketing and communication activities for the largest of 4 theaters for Avaya, a $5.5 Billion- 18,000 employee Communications and Data Networking solutions company. Will's duties included go to market programs, market conditioning, field/channel marketing, sales enablement and consultant relations.

Will has also served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Capgemini North America from January 2008 to December 2010. In this role, they were responsible for leading Capgemini's marketing strategy and execution in North America across all industries and services.

In addition to their role at Applico, Will also serves as a Board Advisor for ITSMA. Will has held this position since January 2008 and their responsibilities include providing strategic guidance on marketing issues facing technology companies today.

Will B's educational career includes obtaining a BS in Marketing from Babson College and an MBA in International Business and Finance from the same school.
