Christina Phal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and dental assistance. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Applegreen since January 2023, Christina oversees multiple concepts and collaborates with QSR brands throughout New Jersey Motorways, focusing on developing and implementing operational systems. As an entrepreneur, Christina has also owned Elite Whitening Studio since February 2021, providing mobile professional teeth whitening services. Previous roles include Learning, Growth & Talent Development Manager at OTG Management, where Christina progressed from a cashier to a corporate leader, and leading Registered Dental Assistant positions at ISMILE DENTAL ARTS and Pediatric Dentistry, managing patient consultations and care.
