Soumya Duvvuri is an experienced DFT Engineer with a strong background in digital design and testability. Currently at Apple since June 2014, Soumya has contributed to various aspects of DFT, including scan-based designs and testability checks. Prior experience includes a role as a DFT Apps Engineer at SiliconAid Solutions, Inc., where Soumya implemented scan insertion and compression techniques. Earlier positions include working as a DFT Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor, focusing on building testability models and managing DRC checks for complex SoC designs. Soumya also completed an internship at Freescale, where initial experiences with DRC checks and debugging were gained. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Osmania University.
