Kathleen Swanson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product configuration and change management across various technology companies. Currently serving as Worldwide Product Configuration Manager at Apple since December 2013, Kathleen oversees IPad configurations, accessories, and retail point-of-purchase displays while ensuring compliance with strict confidentiality requirements.
