Joelle Lam is an experienced engineering leader at Apple, where responsibilities include managing the development of regulated and wellness software products, such as the ECG app, and directing efforts in autonomous systems engineering to tackle complex AI challenges. Previously, Joelle held key roles focusing on mobile app development, notably launching the Apple Store App for iPad, and contributed to the Apple Online & Mobile Store by developing gift card services and enhancing the app's features. Prior experience includes senior software engineering and management positions at Aptana Inc. and Sun Microsystems, where Joelle developed significant tools and plug-ins for renowned development environments. Joelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University.
