Hera Naaz has extensive experience in supply chain management and analytics, currently serving as Manager of Retail Fulfilment Operations at Apple since July 2015, where responsibilities include managing supply and demand fulfilment for retail stores across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this role, Hera worked at ZS, beginning as a General Analytics Associate in 2009 and progressing to Business Analytics Associate Consultant by 2015, where expertise in supply and demand management was developed. Hera Naaz holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Engineering Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, completed in 2009.
