Shonda Sauter has extensive experience in records management, currently serving as a Records Technician for the City of Apple Valley, MN since October 2018. Prior to this role, Shonda worked as a Records Specialist for the City of Prior Lake from June 2016 to October 2018. Shonda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Hamline University, which was completed between 1999 and 2002, and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Normandale Community College, earned from 1997 to 1999.
