Steven Nelson has extensive experience in sales, project coordination, and administrative support across various industries. Currently serving as Manager of B2C Sales & Service at ALG Vacations® since June 2014, Steven is responsible for meeting performance objectives and managing problem callers. Prior experience includes roles as Project Coordinator at UCFab of Florida, where Steven managed metal fabrication projects, and as Administrative Assistant at Rasmussen College, providing support to the academic team. Beginning their career in the airline industry with positions at American Airlines, including Flight Service Coordinator and Training Supervisor, Steven also held positions at Expedia as Project Manager/Senior Trainer and at McGuire Real Estate as Executive Administrative Assistant. Steven holds an Associate's Degree in Business from Rasmussen College.
