Evan Hinkle, CFA, CAIA, is a finance professional with extensive experience in real estate investment, currently serving as the Director of Acquisitions & Dispositions at Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc., a position held since October 2018. Prior roles at the same company included Senior Associate and Analyst within the Acquisitions & Dispositions team. Prior to joining Apple Hospitality REIT, Inc., Evan worked in Advisory Services at EY from August 2017 to October 2018. Evan is the founder of A Plus Lawn Service, LLC, established in March 2010 and operated until December 2015. Educational qualifications include a major in Accounting & Business Administration from Washington and Lee University, along with a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University.
