Shilpa Meharwal has extensive work experience in the field of software testing and engineering. Shilpa is currently employed at Applause, where they hold the position of Test Engineer since November 2020. Prior to this role, they worked as a Test Team Lead at Applause from November 2020 to January 2022. Shilpa also has experience working as a Freelance tester at uTest from November 2018 to November 2020. In addition, they have worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Mphasis from January 2012 to June 2013, and as a Software Engineer at Mphasis from September 2008 to May 2010. Shilpa started their career as an ASE (Assistant System Engineer) at Tata Consultancy Services from September 2006 to September 2008.

Shilpa Meharwal completed their higher secondary education from St. Joseph's Convent H.S.S Khandwa between 1988 and 2002. Following this, they attended the Medicaps Institute of Technology & Management from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering.
