Karina Freire began their work experience in 2018 at Lionbridge, where they served as a Google Quality Rater from September 2018 to April 2019. In October 2018, they joined Applause as a Software Quality Assurance Tester on the uTest platform, earning a gold rating in functionality and localization. In 2020, they started working at Global App Testing as a Software Quality Assurance Tester. Lastly, in March 2021, Karina became the QA Test Team Lead at Applause.

Karina Freire completed a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a professional degree in Mechanical Manufacturing from SENAI VILA ALPINA from 2013 to 2014.
