Ismail Akkan has extensive experience in quality assurance engineering, currently serving as a QA Test Engineer at Applause since November 2016, where responsibilities include executing projects for multinational corporations and collaborating with project managers to meet client expectations. As a Test Team Lead, Ismail has successfully guided remote teams and managed high volumes of bug reports and test cases across various industries, including Communication, AI, Gaming, and Finance. In addition, Ismail has participated in over 4,500 test cycles and reported more than 750 issues and 1,500 test cases, engaging in a variety of testing methodologies. Currently, Ismail also holds a position at Towlar, focusing on BDD and data-driven frameworks, while collaborating with development teams via JIRA and Git for effective project management.
