Ami Shah has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance. Ami started their career in 2012 as a Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services and later transitioned to a role as a Quality Assurance Analyst. During their time at Tata Consultancy Services, Ami gained experience in functional, exploratory, and test-case driven testing of various software products. In 2015, they joined Applause as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer. At Applause, Ami demonstrated their expertise by consistently delivering high-quality results, including over 600 test cycles for 200+ software products with 2000+ defects submitted and 1000+ test cases executed. Ami also showcased their ability to work with a variety of platforms, including iOS, Android, and desktop websites, using their personal collection of test devices.

From 2007 to 2011, Ami Shah attended Sardar Patel University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
