Malgorzata Flood has extensive experience in the design field. Malgorzata is currently serving as the Lead Designer at Appital. Prior to this, they worked at BCG X as a Senior Experience Designer and at BCG Digital Ventures in the same role. Before that, Malgorzata was a Visual Designer at Fathom, where they focused on applying design thinking and a user-centered approach to product delivery. Malgorzata also worked as a Mid-Weight Designer and Graphic Designer at Threepipe, where they handled both print and digital design, UI and UX for mobile applications and web. Earlier in their career, they were a Graphic Designer at Paul Vick Architects and had a freelance role as a Graphic Designer and Photographer, collaborating with various clients on digital projects and visual identities. Malgorzata also gained experience as a Graphic Design Intern at Pure Land, Design for Print and Web.
