Tiffanie Ervin has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Tiffanie started their career in 2002 at The Hartford, where they worked as a Claims Processor, No-Fault Adjuster, and Claims Property Processor. In 2005, they joined Zurich North America as a Commercial Claims Professional on the CAT Team. Tiffanie then moved to Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2006, working as a Subrogation Technician and Subrogation Specialist, handling collections and supervising a support staff. In 2009, Tiffanie worked at Baldwin & Lyons, Inc. as a Worker's Compensation Assistant before transitioning to Liberty Mutual Insurance again to work as an Inside Property Claims Specialist. In 2013, they joined WorkOne Indy (DESI) as an Academic Skills Advisor, providing technical support and customer service. Tiffanie then worked at Baldwin & Lyons, Inc. as a Subrogation Adjuster from 2016 to 2018. Tiffanie's most recent role was as a Customer Solutions Specialist at Delaware Life Insurance Company, where they handled escalated calls and trained customer service representatives. Since 2021, they have been working as a Customer Success Manager at Appinium.

Tiffanie Ervin began their education at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 1994 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2019, they attended Ivy Tech Community College where they earned a Technical Certificate in Information Technology. During the same year, they also participated in the Salesforce Pathfinder Training Program, focusing on Salesforce Administration. In February 2020, Tiffanie obtained the Salesforce Certified System Administrator certification from Salesforce.
