Anup Athavale is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Appian Corporation, Anup leads a team focused on creating resilient back-end services utilizing technologies like Java, Kafka, Golang, Python, AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at Comscore, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing both domestic and offshore teams for UI and data processing solutions, as well as engaging in active development and architectural design. Anup's career began at Infosys Technologies Ltd. and progressed through various roles, including software engineering positions at REI Systems, MCEER, and Eastman Kodak, demonstrating a strong foundation in full stack and big data projects. Anup holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo.
