Gil-Ad Ideses is a Service Delivery Engineer at Appdome since September 2022, collaborating with the sales team to educate customers about the Appdome platform and facilitating customer onboarding. Prior to this role, Gil-Ad served as a Tier 3 Technical Support Specialist and Solution Engineer at Trax Retail, addressing complex issues and managing integration processes. Gil-Ad's professional journey includes significant experience at viisights, where responsibilities included deploying cloud solutions and leading a data operations team. Earlier roles involved research and data management positions at JustVisual, NICE Systems, Bar-Ilan University, and within the IDF's Intelligence Corps. Gil-Ad holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University and a diploma in Information Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
