Devorah Cohen is a skilled technical writer with experience in creating user-focused documentation and content. Currently employed at Appdome since July 2023, Devorah previously held positions as a technical writer at Juno Journey, where responsibilities included developing how-to guides and reviewing UX microcopy. Earlier career roles include a content support analyst at Ex Libris, addressing metadata issues and client communications, and a Burlington English teacher, where Devorah instructed conversational English and prepared teaching materials. Additional freelance experience as a proofreader contributes to a strong foundation in accuracy and style, complemented by earlier roles in hospitality, including front desk receptionist and reservations agent. Devorah holds a BA in English Literature from Bar-Ilan University and a degree in Hotel Management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
