Ketan Mulay is an accomplished engineering manager currently at AppDirect, having progressed from staff software engineer since August 2020. Prior to AppDirect, Ketan served as a technical lead at Netcracker from April 2017 to August 2020 and held the position of group lead at Amdocs from July 2010 to March 2017, where responsibilities included managing a team of developers and overseeing the software development life cycle. Ketan began the professional journey as a software engineer at Zensar Technologies from November 2008 to July 2010, focusing on Java and J2EE development. Ketan holds an MBA in Information Technology and a BE in Computer Engineering, both from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
