Bonnie Houseworth has extensive experience in customer support and management roles, currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at AppDirect since January 2019. Bonnie's previous positions include Enterprise Order Manager at AppSmart, with tenure beginning in February 2000, and customer care roles at Telegration, Inc. and Ticketmaster, where services included selling tickets for events in Michigan and the Delaware Valley, as well as Atlantic City. In addition to customer care, Bonnie contributed as a Law Review Assistant at the Detroit College of Law from January 1987 to June 1988, focusing on the preparation and distribution of law review publications. Bonnie pursued higher education at Oakland University from 1988 to 1990.
