Ambuj Pandey is a seasoned professional in technical support and consulting with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer L2 at AppDirect since March 2022, Ambuj specializes in resolving customer issues in the APAC region. Prior to this role, Ambuj worked at Razorpay from March 2020 to February 2022, first as a Senior Technical Consultant, where responsibilities included owning technical issues for merchants onboarded via major banks, and previously as a Technical Consultant, facilitating communication between merchants and the Product Engineering Team. Ambuj began a career at Tata Consultancy Services, progressing through roles such as System Engineer, Assistant System Engineer, and Graduate Trainee from June 2015 to February 2019. Ambuj holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University and has completed secondary education at both Lucknow Public School and Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Basti.
