Rob Heller is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior QA Engineer at Service Now since 2012, Rob has previously worked in various QA and engineering roles, including as Engineer III on a contract basis at Qualcomm and as Senior QA Engineer for Software at Awarepoint. Earlier career positions include QA Engineer II at Websense, Inc., QA Engineer at Accelrys, and Systems Engineer at Radiation Oncology Computer Systems. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from UC San Diego, earned between 1987 and 1991.
